Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 



Key Responsibilities:





  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.


  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Assist in creating process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to help identify areas for improvement in current workflows.


  • Data Collection and Analysis: Support data gathering efforts, interpret data trends, and help produce reports that aid decision-making.


  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, specifications, process diagrams, and user stories.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with various stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, technical teams, and end-users, to understand their needs and convey project updates.


  • Solution Support: Assist with the testing and validation of new systems and processes, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements.




What we are looking for: 
Desired skills: 





  • Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with an interest in understanding how processes work and how they can be improved.


  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.


  • Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements gathering and documentation.


  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholder groups.


  • IT skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools is advantageous.


  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Confident and happy to contribute with team collaborations


  • Robust personality




Drive, location not duties: 
Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. 



Entry requirements: 





  • Level 3 Qualification + at least 12 months of work experience* + robust onboarding plan (learner must work in the organisation for 3 months before signing up)


  • OR business-related degree eg business, finance, economics, maths, etc.


  • OR non-business-related degree + at least 6 months of work experience*


  • OR existing staff member with 2+ years of work experience**
