Overview: 
The company are looking for an IT Support Specialist apprentice to join their team, as they continue to scale. As an IT Support Specialist apprentice you will get the chance to work alongside a talented and passionate group of individuals, who put innovation at the heart of everything they do. 
Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will work closely with the existing IT team - who will offer guidance and support throughout, your mentor will be an ex-QA apprentice.

You'll spend your time:





  • Working closely with the current IT support team.


  • Assisting the ENODA team with day-to-day IT support.  


  • Logging, tracking and resolving IT support requests.  


  • Work with colleagues to make use of the Office 365 suite and SharePoint. 


  • Monitoring of system health and security.  


  • Administering Identity and Access Management.  


  • Troubleshooting technical issues in the IT infrastructure.

  • Confident personality, but not afraid to ask questions


  • Good listening skills and attention to detail


  • Good problem solving skills




Salary: £24,000 per annum.



Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
