Overview:
We are currently seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Inverness [IV2 5GH] office. 



What you will be doing:





  • Using Bighand, you will perform digital dictation and audio typing duties. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be fully competent in using Bighand


  • Become a system expert on Lawsoft, which is an internal CRM system. You will use Lawsoft to maintain client information which is used collaboratively by partners


  • Communicate internally and externally using MS Outlook. You will also manage your diary using this software


  • Assist with client and matter opening


  • Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner within the agreed timescales


  • Manage the reception on an ad-hoc basis which will require to keep a log of visitors to the firm 




You will need the following skills: 





  • Excellent I.T. and organisational skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure


  • Ability to use initiative


  • Experience in managing tasks/processes


  • Attention to detail and accuracy  




Salary:
£21,480 per annum. 



Working week:





  • 35 hours per week:


  • Monday to Friday, 


  • 9am - 5pm.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. 
Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
