What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Administration
? Respond to online queries via social media, email, and other digital platforms.
? Talk to customers face to face & via phone
? Assist with general administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations
within the business.
? Gain exposure to various business functions to develop a well-rounded
understanding of logistics.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
? Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
? Monitor social media trends and industry updates to maximize engagement.
? Respond to customer enquiries and interact with our online community.
? Contribute to SEO strategies to improve our online visibility.
? Support in email marketing campaigns and list management.
Content Creation & Design
? Assist in producing photography, videography, and graphics to showcase our
services.
? Contribute to blog writing, article development, and multimedia content
related to logistics.
? Utilize design software (such as Adobe Suite) to create promotional materials
(if applicable).
Data & Analytics
? Support in tracking and analyzing digital performance using tools like Google
Analytics.
? Gather insights to improve engagement and optimize marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For

? Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers online.
? A proactive and adaptable mindset—ready to learn and contribute in a
fast-paced environment.
? Basic analytical skills and an interest in understanding marketing performance.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus but not essential.

Apprenticeship Details
This is an apprenticeship position, you will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £7.55/hour
for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will take approx. 18 months
to complete
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated
team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful
completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing
qualification.
