Early Years Educator Level 3- The Marston Day Nursery

The Marston Day Nursery, part of the CC Nurseries Group, provides high-quality childcare for children aged 12 weeks to five years. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced nursery management team and a forward-thinking Early Years Director. As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting children’s safety, learning, and development while building strong partnerships with families. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading engaging educational activities, acting as a key person for individual children, maintaining developmental records, and ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. You will also be expected to follow safeguarding procedures, complete mandatory training, attend staff meetings and parent evenings, and uphold the nursery’s high standards at all times.
