Where candidates will begin:

• Participants typically start in either the Risk Assurance or Finance Function Support (FFS) teams:
• Risk Assurance helps businesses manage risk, ensure compliance, and stay one step ahead of challenges that could affect their future.
• Finance Function Support keeps financial operations running smoothly, from preparing reports to providing financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Beyond these teams, opportunities exist to gain secondments across RSM’s wider Consulting practice — including business transformation, forensics, deal advisory, and restructuring — providing broad exposure to the full spectrum of consulting work.

The pathway

Participants will gain hands-on experience while working towards either the AAT qualification or a Business Degree, supported through structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning. Along the way, they will:

• Use data and digital tools to solve complex business problems.
• Deliver insights that help clients make better decisions.
• Build transferable skills for long-term career success.
• Contribute to projects that create meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
