Each client interaction is a chance to make a real impact — and with the advance of AI, the role you play is increasingly important.

As you progress through the programme, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your chosen area of tax. This will be reflected in the complexity of your client portfolio and increased responsibilities, including the rewarding opportunity to help the next generation by mentoring junior team members.
