Opportunity Details
As a Credit Controller, your main duties will include:

Managing and collecting customer debt across a personal ledger.

Achieving agreed collection and cash flow targets.

Monitoring daily debt levels and cash allocation.
-
Identifying and proposing corrective actions for misallocated accounts.
-
Ensuring compliance with internal credit control policies and procedures.

Escalating serious payment issues to senior team members or management.
-
Completing essential daily tasks, including resolving unallocated cash, removing accounts from dispute, and chasing overdue payments.
The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong organisational skills and adaptability to handle a high-volume, target-driven workload.

Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and liaise with a global customer base.

Excellent communication skills to build professional relationships with diverse clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential).

Experience within the media, publishing, or professional services sector (advantageous, but not essential).
