Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all telephone calls, emails, and reception queries, ensuring a professional and welcoming approach. Supporting service users, families, and staff with enquiries, triaging to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases in line with confidentiality and GDPR requirements on Care Planner and internal shared drives.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings via MS Teams, managing diaries on MS Outlook, and preparing documents when required through MS Word.
- Assisting with elements of recruitment through Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruit Genie, including screening calls, arranging interviews, and providing additional support when required. You will become a systems expert on this.
- Providing general support, including typing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry and collaborating with other areas of the business with routine tasks, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is distributed or processed promptly.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and partners in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of Keane Premier Support Services.

Salary: £18,525 per annum.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
