This role involves learning to build systems using the Lolly software, preparing hardware for installations, ensuring compliance documentation is completed, managing repairs and maintenance, controlling inventory, and managing courier dispatches.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul listrongPOS system configuration:strongConfigure systems according to client specifications.li listrongBackoffice system administration: strongMaintain and troubleshoot POS and Backoffice systems.li listrongAccount management:strongSupport the setup and maintenance of customer and vendor accounts within the POS system.li listrongTraining:strongmaintain excellent product knowledge and provide training sessions to clients and stakeholders.li listrongHardware preparation:strongPrepare hardware for installations, including setup and testing.li listrongCompliance documentation:strongEnsure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.li listrongRepairs and maintenance:strongAssist in managing repairs and maintenance of POS hardware.li listrongInventory control:strongHelp manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of necessary components.li listrongCourier dispatches:strongManage courier dispatches for hardware deliveries and returns.li ul pstrongDesirable skills:strongp ul liKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.li liBasic understanding of software and hardware concepts.li liExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.li liWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
