Opportunity Details
What you’ll be doing: As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive full training and support to develop your skills across a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Preparing engagement letters for new clients
- Preparing account packs for signing
- Drafting letters to HMRC, Companies House, and clients
- Assisting with statutory filings such as tax returns
What we’re looking for: You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Any work or volunteering experience that shows reliability and strong communication skills is a bonus.

Skills Required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

- At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C (5) or above, including Maths and English
Training
You will attend Exeter College one day a week during term time working towards the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
