Responsibilities:
- Becoming systems expect on fleet management system to manage orders.
- Utilising Microsoft 365 such as Excel to access data such as supplier and customer data.
- Using collaborative tech to access Sharepoint for company data e.g. supplier information.
- Being first response for arranging port facilities to vessel crews and client operational needs, both in the UK and abroad.
- Using fleet management to prepare and verify POs for vessels provisions and stores, in accordance with allocated budgets.
- Assist in the day-to-day operational queries from fleet vessels.
- Take part in the operation’s afterhours duty rota.

Salary: £14,722.50 per annum.
