About the ApprenticeshipMost of your apprenticeship will be spent learning on the job, gaining valuable hands-on experience in administrative and front-of-house duties. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, staff, and professionals while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area at all times.

Handle incoming calls, screen them as necessary, and transfer to the appropriate department.

Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and document management.

Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, ensuring queries are handled courteously.

Schedule appointments, manage diaries, book transport, and keep accurate records.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, archiving, handling correspondence, and managing deliveries or office inventory.

Gather and record feedback and surveys from visitors, staff, and professionals.

Maintain office supplies and ensure incoming and outgoing mail is processed efficiently.

Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other computer systems effectively.

Represent the business professionally with a positive, patient, and approachable attitude, even in busy or stressful situations.

GCSE Maths (Grade 4 or above)

GCSE English (Grade 4 or above)
