Marketing Apprentice

As a Digital Content Creator Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in shaping the company’s online voice. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience across several marketing channels while developing skills in campaign planning, content creation, and digital communication.

• Salary: £14,722.50 – £23,809.50 (depending on age)

• Training Course: Multi-Channel Marketer (Level 3)

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

• Total Hours: 37 hours and 30 minutes per week

Most of your apprenticeship will involve on-the-job learning — gaining practical experience while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

• Create engaging content and performance reports for multiple social media channels

• Develop and implement monthly content plans and schedules

• Support influencer outreach and relationship management

• Manage brand presence on social platforms through research, hashtag strategy, and competitor analysis

• Generate fresh campaign ideas based on emerging trends and new platform features

Essential Qualifications:

• GCSE English (Grade 4 or above)

• GCSE Maths (Grade 4 or above)

Applicants with additional relevant qualifications or industry experience are encouraged to apply — the apprenticeship can be tailored to your existing skills.
