Opportunity Details
Broadlands Cattery is looking for a trustworthy team member to come onboard.
A variety of Cats are based here whilst owners go on holiday. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have a passion for animals.
The role will include:-
- Taking payments
- Handling money
- Grooming cats
- Cleaning and disinfecting the cattery
- booking cats in
- Meet and Greets
On site is also an established stud which has a stallion standing. If the candidate wanted they would have an opportunity to work and care for the horses. A riding option available if competent.
Due to the nature of the role the candidate would need to have experience working with animals prior.
Accommodation available
This apprenticeship is practical based and therefore, not lots of time spent in a classroom. If you did not achieve your GCSE's we can support you whilst on programme.
You have to have lived in the UK for 3 years or more to apply for this role

Qualifications Required
A GCSE or equivalent pass in English and maths is beneficial but not essential. If you do not have passes, we will support you in achieving your Functional Skills English and maths qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.
Training
All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.
