You will join their Livingston office, providing support throughout the office.

Responsibilities

  • You will become a key digital support staff member in the office, collaborating between the office staff and manufacturing staff. This will be through ensuring that scheduling will be completed accurately between the departments on Microsoft Outlook calendar.
  • You will become a super-user of bespoke software Callidus. You will use this to assist the sales staff to set prices and generate quotes for upcoming jobs. Along with managing and ordering stock for upcoming projects.
  • In this role, you will use accountancy software Xero to an expert level. This will be used to work collaboratively with suppliers and the sales team, through generating, sending invoices and processing VAT returns.
  • Utilise Microsoft Outlook to manage their own personal & general office inbox responding professionally and in a timely manner.
  • You will assist in the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics throughout the company. This software will be rolled out throughout the company to increase efficiency in tracking sales leads and opportunities. Along with this, you will use Dynamics to handle customer service requests with a high level of accuracy.
  • You will use all aspects of the Microsoft Suite, including managing inbound and outbound calls through Teams, data entry on Excel & reviewing invoices on Word.
  • You will be responsible for keeping the company Social Media pages, such as LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook, up-to-date. You will do this to drive sales and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

Desirable skills:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication skills.

Salary: £15,704 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
