Opportunity Details
You’ll work with Microsoft Teams, Skype, Databases, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, eBay, and Amazon control systems, supporting all areas of the business. This is a varied and fast-paced role — no two days are ever the same!
What you’ll do

Support the receipt and processing of stock deliveries, ensuring all goods are correct in quantity and condition.

Assist in testing, upgrading, and refurbishing a wide range of IT products — including gaming machines, laptops, PCs, and networking equipment.

Carry out software installations and upgrades, primarily using Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Help prepare individual products for sale and shipment, including bulk shipments to Amazon.

Learn and use in-house database and production control systems to record detailed data throughout the process.

Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to arrange warranty repairs or seek technical assistance.

Learn production and refurbishment processes for IT equipment and take part in light production work.

Develop professional communication and administrative skills through regular interaction with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have developed a strong technical foundation and gained valuable experience in a professional IT business environment.
