Qualifications Required
                                                
                                            - Completion of at least one year of study
- On track to receive a minimum of a 2:1 ICE-accredited BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a closely related subject
- The future academic qualification must meet the requirements for CEng registration with the Institution of Civil Engineers
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the scheme (this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa scheme)
Training
                                                
                                            Participants will receive a combination of training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. They will also have one-to-one guidance from a senior engineer (mentor), a placement manager, a lead scheme sponsor, and a development adviser.

                                            At the end of the placement, participants may have the opportunity to be considered for a graduate position through a fast-track process. The experience gained will support their ongoing career journey towards becoming a professionally qualified civil engineer.

                                            - Offers are subject to a satisfactory medical, which may include drugs and alcohol screening, eye test, and hearing test

- Assessment centres for graduates and intern roles will take place from December to January, with both in-person and virtual options (role dependent)
