Opportunity Details
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Processing orders for supply & manufacture
· Liaising with customers in a variety of different means
· Co-ordinating with other departments such as transport and production
· Building relationships with our suppliers
· Inputting customer quotations
· Customer complaints administration
· Calling customers to advise of collections.
· Updating customers on order progress
· Face to face customer service
· Answering the main telephone and fielding calls to relevant departments
· General business administrative tasks
Any other duties / responsibilities to meet and fulfil the needs of the business

· Accurate and timely delivery of administrative and customer service responsibilities

At Design Foundry you will be at the forefront of sustainable, low carbon building design. You will help design the internal mechanical, electrical systems in a building from initial client discussions right through to construction and even review the buildings ongoing performance.

You will be part of a multi-disciplined team, acting as a first point of contact for the support of applications and ICT infrastructure for the internal userbase.Working within the ICT team you will respond to incoming support requests via the companies Service Desk application or telephone. Thereafter you will be responsible for initial investigation, qualification and categorisation all support tickets. You will apply known fixes where available, escalating to 2nd and 3rd line specialists or application developers for guidance and assistance where necessary.
