Social Media & Channel Marketing Assistant Apprentice – Luxury Jewellery Brand

Location: Harrow, London Wage: £6,281.60 – £10,158.72 per year (depending on age) Hours: Minimum 2 days/week (16 hours; exact schedule TBC) Training Course: Multi-Channel Marketer (Level 3)

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Curation

• Craft visually elegant and engaging content (reels, carousels, captions) that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.

• Plan and execute content calendars for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and customer stories to enhance brand authenticity.

Live Streaming & Real-Time Engagement

• Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms showcasing new collections, styling tips, and brand stories.

• Collaborate with the creative team to script and rehearse luxury-focused live segments.

• Engage with viewers during live streams, answering questions and sharing product stories professionally.

• Monitor live performance metrics and suggest improvements for future sessions.

Brand Storytelling & Copywriting

• Translate the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship into compelling narratives across social platforms.

• Support copywriting for posts, stories, and bios that evoke elegance, tradition, and emotional connection.

• Assist in video scripting and storyboarding to highlight product details and customer experiences.

Platform Engagement & Influencer Outreach

• Respond to comments, DMs, and tags maintaining the brand’s professional and approachable voice.

• Identify and engage with influencers, stylists, and luxury lifestyle accounts to expand organic reach.

Trend Research & Content Ideation

• Stay updated on social media trends, visual formats, and audio cues relevant to luxury and jewellery.

• Propose innovative content ideas blending current trends with timeless storytelling.

Analytics & Optimisation

• Track content engagement, live stream performance, and audience growth.

• Recommend refinements to posting times, formats, and hashtags based on analytics insights.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment with the brand’s visual standards and tone.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, seasonal content, and mood boards.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in IT and digital tools

• High attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

• Analytical thinking and team collaboration

• Creative flair with confidence in social media platforms

• Strong references and DBS check required

Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing, social media, photography, or digital design are a plus.
