Opportunity Details

Key Responsibilities

? Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, and appointments (business and personal).

? Control access to the CEO and act as a first point of contact for staff, clients, and

suppliers.

? Organise and book travel, transport, transfers, and accommodation (including

occasional family travel).


? Remind the CEO of important deadlines and maintain effective administrative

procedures.

? Produce timelines and reviews for ongoing projects.

? Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.

? Oversee personal tasks such as scheduling home maintenance, car MOTs/services,

and other personal arrangements.

? Collate and manage the CEO’s monthly expenses.

? Take minutes in meetings, circulate follow-ups, and ensure action items are tracked

and completed.

? Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.

? Arrange dinners, social events, and public appearances.

? Conduct research for new business projects and prepare award submissions.


Training and Apprenticeship

You’ll receive dedicated training as part of the Business Administrator (Level 3)

apprenticeship.

Training time is allocated away from normal working duties to help you gain professional

knowledge and skills essential to your role.

Entry Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

? GCSE English (Grade 4–9 or A*–C)

? GCSE Maths (Grade 4–9 or A*–C)


Desirable Qualifications:

? A Level in any subject (Grades A*–E)


If you have other relevant qualifications or experience, the apprenticeship can be tailored

to your existing knowledge.
