Work within sales & marketing department under the supervision of business development manager and assist their day to day role
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Record sales and ordering information on appropriate spreadsheets and CRM
Send booking forms, joining instructions and any other required information to potential customers
Assisting Head of Training with the efficient running of the Sales & Marketing functions of KBM team
Participating in marketing events and conducting survey.
Dealing with incoming/outgoing business to business calls
Working towards individual/team monthly KPI targets
Working with Microsoft Office, CRM, Bespoke online portal (outlook, excel, word & access)
Lead generation through all Social Media platforms
Sourcing data for Sales calls
Administration tasks such as printing, scanning and posting letters
Any other duties as required
Conducting content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement in our content strategy.
Creating Blog content to be posted/uploaded on selected digital platforms.
Create engaging graphics/multimedia content to be posted on social media.
Producing reports/analytics on digital activities.
Engaging with customers on social media.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Creation and targeted delivery of marketing material to an ever growing audience
Creating captivating adverts/blogs/statistics/ news for prospective candidates and clients
Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
Overall development and inspiration of ideas throughout our growing company to develop our extended audience reach, effect positive feedback and raise the professional profile of our business so that we become the employer and service provider of choice.
Client analysis and identification of potential entry points together with proposition rating for specific service packages.
