Our site allows you to upload your details to our site when you are looking for apprenticeships, employment or training opportunities which can then be accessed by possible recruiters who are registered with us. The recruiters will contact you direct by email or telephone with details of any potential opportunities if your skills and experience match their requirements (“the Services”).

The Services are only available to you on the completion of the registration section of our site including confirmation that you have accepted these terms.

You acknowledge that any recruiters will be dealing with you direct and any contracts or arrangements will be formed between you and them without us being a party. We cannot be responsible for your use of or any liability arising out of your use of the Services save to the extend required by law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at info@getmyfirstjob.co.uk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
