Description

The role is to support the refurbishment services currently offered to BMW UK out of BCA's Corby site. Their Upper Heyford site will be providing technical assistance to complement this programme and the postholder will ensure this is effectively managed and coordinated between both sites.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Liaising with and maintaining a professional point of contact with the stake holders to ensure proactive communication is maintained throughout the process between internal and external stake holders
  • Use third party system to process timely and accurate updates
  • Liaise with transport and site managers to effectively manage infantry between both sites
  • Provide reporting to show vehicle status while warranty is being carried out
  • Update Evolution to ensure the effective management of vehicle in process
  • Work between sites to ensure processes are robust and where necessary change to support the programme
  • To monitor and manage mileage verification fails ensuring that issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner
