To produce beer through the use of relevant brewing materials and procedures and process accordingly in readiness for suitable packaging into cask, keg, bottle or mini-keg or for onward transporting for subsequent packaging.

· Brewing beer in our main brewery and small batch brewery

· Keg,Cask,Mini Keg, Bottling Packaging

· Laboratory Quality Control

· Engineering- carry out repairs on selected equipment
