  • Collaborate heavily with wider parts of the business including HPE engineering to allow quality processes are followed and working with the engineering team to allow process improvements

  • Conduct rigorous quality control checks to guarantee that each refurbished laptop meets or exceeds customer expectations which is done manually via a Excel tracker. Audit the units and sign off each step of the audit process they have carried out

  • Maintain detailed records of refurbishment processes using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365 to maintain the records of audit and asset details

  • As the role evolves you will develop problem-solving skills on malfunctioning notebook hardware by identifying any issues and resolving them by performing a break fix

Desirable skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify issues during the refurbishment process

  • Strong interest in hardware and software troubleshooting and upgrading
