You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks and gain all round experience within a busy technical environment.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liEnsure the smooth running of ICT systems to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and leadership.li liTo allow the effective use of ICT by teaching staff, admin staff, leadership and students and to improve both their understanding of ICT and their experience of its use.li liTo provide remote and face to face technical support in line with the academys ICT support service definition.li liTo support pupils and staff in the appropriate use of ICT, through advice or training.li ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liAn IT technical background.li liEvidence of being a good communicator.li liEnthusiastic approach to customer service.li liGood technical skills.li liStrong audio visual skills.li liStrongly task-drivenmulti-tasking.li liGood oral and written communication skills.li liSelf-motivated.li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
