This apprenticeship is intended to provide the successful candidate with a genuine long-term career within DriveStaff Recruitment Ltd.

Following successful completion of the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship and satisfactory performance within the role, there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Recruitment Consultant position.

As DriveStaff continues to grow, further progression opportunities may include Senior Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Team Leader and wider executive-level positions. We are looking for individuals with the right mindset who are ambitious, driven and genuinely want to build a career — not just a job — with the goal of working their way up through the business into senior and executive leadership roles over time.

We want the successful apprentice to develop alongside the company, take full ownership of their own clients, candidate base and recruitment desk, and ultimately grow into a high-performing consultant who can progress as far as their ability, effort and results will take them.
