SwissTimepieces is not a corporate retailer. We are an independent, reputation-built luxury specialist where standards genuinely matter. Since starting in 2017, we have grown from a passion for watches into an established luxury business serving clients throughout the UK and beyond. Alongside buying, selling and part exchanging some of the world’s most prestigious watches, we also provide watch servicing and repairs and create bespoke engagement and wedding rings for our clients. You will therefore gain exposure to far more than traditional retail, learning how different parts of a luxury business work together to deliver an exceptional client experience. In return, we will provide structured development, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to build practical skills that will remain valuable throughout your career. We believe strongly in developing people from within. As the business grows, we want the people within it to grow too. If you are motivated by progression, take pride in your work and want to begin your career somewhere ambitious, professional and fast-moving, we would love to hear from you.
You will be on a fixed two-week rota alongside other existing members of staff and will be required to work every 2nd Saturday 10 am-4 pm. You will receive a full day off to compensate for the Saturday work which results in a shorter week (33.5hrs). 35 hours a week1 year 6 monthsCommunication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, PatienceRequirements

Further professional development or progression onto a higher-level apprenticeship may also be available where appropriate.
Our aim is for the successful candidate to see this apprenticeship as the beginning of a long-term career rather than simply a temporary position.
