They should have awareness of the role of social housing and local authorities in providing housing to people in need and managing council tenancies.
After this apprenticeship

It is expected that the apprentice would aim to progress to an officer role in neighbour management or housing needs assessments. It is hoped that the apprentice would want to progress to a level 3 CIH accredited course as part of their career progression.
