We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a 180 Recruiter in our Milton Keynes office.

You will be joining the Technology specialism at Hays; technology is our fastest growing sector and the most profitable part of the business. As one of our specialist consultants, you would work with a range of clients hiring across the technology sector, matching them with the best talent in tech.

As a Recruiter, you'll work alongside your team to manage your own area of the technology market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:

• Managing job vacancies from start to finish

• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates

• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

• Building relationships with existing clients

• Gathering compliance and rights to work

• Advertising jobs

The Milton Keynes office is home to around 20 consultants working across Professional Services, Construction, Technology, Procurement, HR and Business Support, covering a large geographical area with an impressive client base of both blue‑chip organisations and SMEs.
