Salary: €31,920.00 (our pay system is aligned with market references, transparent and fair)

Permanent full-time contract starting from 01/09/2026

39 hours over 5 days (split shifts – you will need to work weekends and evenings when necessary)

What to expect as a Customer Experience Assistant Manager at Château de Grande Romaine
Under the responsibility of the Manager, you will help lead our teams responsible for activities and excursions to provide our guests with a magical and memorable PGL Beyond experience, from their arrival until we wave them goodbye as they count the days until their next visit!

You will also be comfortable with data and able to understand complex schedules, workforce planning, leave, and performance statistics related to the team. You will need to gather and interpret customer feedback and implement innovations to ensure the continuous growth and improvement of the business for the future.
