Salary: €1,994.00 per month. We are committed to setting our salaries above industry benchmarks. We conduct annual salary reviews to ensure competitive remuneration for our employees.

Permanent full-time contract starting from September 1, 2026.

Become a Customer Experience Leader
Working with children requires energy, confidence, and a lot of effort, but we guarantee you will never be bored. You will be an experienced team member that others can turn to for advice or additional information to help them perform at their best. You will participate in initial training and throughout the operational season. You will continue to perform as a guide, working directly with clients during excursions and on-site, but you will take on more responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. The management team may turn to you for administrative tasks or high-level operational responsibilities.

Our clients mainly come from the UK, which is why we ask all our instructors to be fluent in English – ideally, you should have a minimum B2 level according to the CEFR.
