This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in accountancy.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liFirst responder when someone reaches out via telephone, online via email, etcli liBecoming a system expert on Chaser for credit controlli liResponsible for keeping the CRM Bright Manager up to date for this such as taxes, departments etcli liMaintain accurate and organised digital filing systemsli liUtilising Microsoft 365 Outlook to respond to internalexternal stakeholderli liWorking collaboratively to ensure documents are filed promptly and securely on our Sharepointli liAssist in preparing and submitting VAT returns accurately and on timeli liVerify data to ensure compliance with regulationsli liSupport senior accountants with bookkeeping tasks using our bookkeeping software, DEXT and become a systems expert on thisli liAssist in processing payroll for clients using our system Bright Payli liEnsure payroll calculations are precise and adhere to legal requirementsli ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsli liExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsli liProficiency in Microsoft Office or willingness to learn (Word, Excel, Outlook)li liAbility to learn and adapt to new accounting softwareli liA strong desire to pursue a career in accountingli ul pstrongSalary:strong15,000 per annump pstrongWorking hours:strong35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am 5pmstrongstrongp pstrongBenefits:strongp ul liOn-the-job training and mentorshipli liOpportunities for professional development and growth within the firmli liExposure to various aspects of accountingli liA supportive and collaborative work environmentli ul pstrongFuture prospects:strongp p90 of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20 higher than the national average.p pstrongImportant information:strongp pThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
