This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues while also managing digital data, user accounts, and online assets. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of IT systems and the accuracy of digital records across the organisation.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liSet up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardwareli liDiagnose and resolve hardware and software faultsli liInstall, update, and maintain software applicationsli liProvide first-line IT support to staff, resolving queries in a timely mannerli liMaintain and support local network connectivity (LANWi-Fi) and assist with VPN or remote access setupli liLog, monitor, and manage IT support tickets, escalating complex issues where appropriateli liAssist with asset management, maintenance schedules, and equipment trackingli liManage digital and artwork asset libraries across multiple online platformsli liMaintain accurate records, data, and pricing information across systemsli liAdminister user profiles and permissions on digital platformsli liRespond to online platform support queries and ensure issues are resolved promptlyli liPrepare and maintain reports, data exports, and related documentationli liSupport digital workflows and assist with improvements to online processesli ul pstrongRequired skills:strongp ul liPrevious experience providing IT or technical supportli liStrong administrative and data management skillsli liProficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspaceli liAbility to manage and learn new digital or cloud-based platformsli liExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsli liAttention to detail and the ability to work independentlyli liTechnically confident with a methodical approach to problem-solvingli liReliable, adaptable, and willing to learn new systemsli liAble to manage multiple priorities effectivelyli liStrong attention to accuracy and detailli liProfessional, approachable and team-orientedli ul pstrongAdditionally, the following experience would be beneficial:strongp ul liRelevant IT or digital administration qualification (e.g. CompTIA A, Level 3 ICT Support, Digital Support Technician, or equivalent)li liExperience using asset or content management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox, or other DAMCRM tools)li liBasic understanding of networking or remote access systemsli liPrevious experience in a hybrid IT and administrative roleli ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
