In this dynamic role, you will enjoy a variety of challenging administrative tasks.
You will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week during term time. During this time, you will work towards either your Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You are expected to be in the office outside of term time.

Duties include:
· Data entry into our finance system (SAGE 200)
· Managing communications through phone calls, post and emails
· Managing troubleshooting of office equipment
· Filing of documents
· Matching PO’s and POD’s to invoices
· Update accounting documents
· Recordkeeping of weekly invoices and timesheets
