L3 Paralegal Apprentice

Full Description
Working alongside experienced solicitors and conveyancing staff, the successful candidate will assist primarily with a variety of residential & commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
Duties will include:
Opening and maintaining client files.
Carrying out identity and anti-money laundering checks.
Preparing routine correspondence and legal documents.
Obtaining searches and Land Registry documentation.
Liaising with client , estate agents , mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
Preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with HMRC returns.
Assisting with the progression of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Arranging appointments and dealing with telephone enquires.
General Administrative duties including front of house cover where required.
Duties may also include assisting the Wills & Probate department if required
Full training and supervision will be provided throughout the apprenticeship
