Damar Training offers a wide variety of apprenticeships in various industries with a focus on legal and justice placements. They also provide apprenticeships to a wide range of healthcare providers including NHS Trusts, GP and dental practices.
Who We Are
As well as offering a wide range of professional apprenticeships, Damar Training specialise in legal and justice based qualifications. They’re also the top training provider for health care support apprenticeships in the area, and deliver their work-based learning to NHS Trusts for their vital support and administration roles. More legal apprenticeships are currently under development, which will allow progression all the way to qualifications as a solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
What We Do
Damar Training works with employers big and small, tailoring training and support to each organisation. They’re able to offer a wide range of Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships, including team-leading, legal services and administration roles within various industries. Not to mention a clear progression pathway into advanced apprenticeships in AAT Accountancy and Business Administration, public relations and management.
Training
Damar tailors its training and qualifications by choosing units to match the role, with most training activity done through a mix of one-to-one assessments and onsite training visits about every four weeks. Any additional training required is delivered flexibly within the Damar OpenClass virtual learning environment. There’s also the option of training sessions in the workplace or at Damar Training, as well as one-to-one coaching.

Administration Assistant Apprentice (Level 2)
Graham and Co Solicitors are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join the team on the Level 2 Administration Assistant apprenticeship programme. Duties will include supporting daily office operations, answering calls, responding to emails, maintaining records and providing professional customer service.
Accounts and Finance Apprentice (Level 2)
