Working with social mobility charity Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB), RBS & NatWest are expanding a successful pilot they launched in 2019. The initiative is open to 18-24 year olds who have completed a Level 3 qualification in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths subject.

RBS Digital Apprenticeship: the first of its kind

This programme is the first of its kind for both RBS & NatWest and the wider UK financial services market.

It’s about making sure young people who wouldn’t normally get the chance to work in such a large firm are clear, capable and motivated about the opportunities the banks offer. Successful candidates take part in a four-week bootcamp of personal and professional development, leading to an interview for apprenticeships in RBS & NatWest digital and technology teams.

We are looking for young people aged 18-24 who are passionate about building a career in technology, innovation and customer experience. You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to show evidence of an interest in the sector.
