We make sure bright young people get a quality job in two stages:
1) Our pre-employment programme develops Young Leaders personally and professionally through recognised qualifications and fun experiences with Premier League foundations, major corporations and guest speakers. We make school leavers work-ready, and ensure you can contribute from their first day on the job.
2) We then mediate the interview and employment process, and put talent in front of decision-makers! We’re the foot in the door, the voice in your corner. Employers trust our ability to develop promising candidates, and we’ve placed young people in firms like NatWest and RBS, BDO, Deloitte, EY, Grant Thornton, RSM, and Rolls-Royce among many others.
Once placed, LTSB continues to support you through vital personal and professional mentoring, greatly increasing the chances of success. So if you’re 18-24 (digital programmes) or 16-21 (accountancy programmes) and talented, but need a chance to show what you can do – get in touch for more details!
What if I don't like football?
That's ok! The sessions are about gaining coaching and leadership experience in order to develop transferable skills that employers value.
Am I guaranteed a job?
No one can be guaranteed a job: you need to excel in an interview and earn it. However, you are guaranteed many exclusive opportunities to impress major firms, a dedicated Career Development Manager, and our commitment to always support those who are engaged and focussed!
BUT – this is a difficult course, and these are demanding careers. If you're not willing to work hard, this isn't for you!
