Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

This is a great opportunity for an apprentice to join a busy property management company. As part of this role you will gain valuable business administration experience with a young and vibrant team supporting you. This role will be challenging but ultimately very rewarding for the right candidate and offers great career prospects.

Detailed Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Lettings progression
  • Move tenants in and out and complete all contracts and associated paperwork
  • Ad-hoc property management
  • Answering the phone and respond promptly to emails
  • Manage maintenance department
  • Deposit refunds and dealing with end of tenancy disputes
  • Conduct 6 monthly house inspections
  • Deal with any complaints or conflicts from tenants or landlord
  • General office tasks.
