As a HR Apprentice, you will join one of our HR teams to develop strong foundation knowledge, skills and experience to build your future HR career. We will work with you to plan your apprenticeship journey over the next 24 months, focused on developing a well-rounded HR professional.
Rotations could include business partnering, organisational design, reward, employee relations, learning & development, recruitment and talent management. You will have exposure to opportunities and projects across HR developing the skills, experience and knowledge to become a credible HR professional.
You will contribute to our HR’s journey to becoming best in class and operating as a partner to the business. You are expected to be an ambassador of the brand by role modelling the FCA values and delivering a professional, efficient and impactful service to the business (employees, line managers and leadership).
We're looking for committed individuals with the ability to embrace change, and who show persuasive communication skills whilst considering differing points of view.
Throughout your programme we will give you the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You'll have a line manager from your department who is responsible for your day to day work and ensuring you are suitably challenged, developed and supported during your programme. You’ll also be assigned an independent Talent Coach who will support you in achieving your ‘off the job’ learning (knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned to the standard), which is an integral part of your HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship.
In each role you undertake, you’ll work to ensure that the business is at the heart of what you do. You’ll work collaboratively across all HR functions offering a joined up approach to the business.
