Central to the effectiveness of PETA’s apprenticeship model is the dedicated support provided by Learning and Development Coaches, who play a pivotal role in guiding apprentices through their journey. Scheduled meetings every 6-8 weeks allow for a comprehensive assessment of progress against the apprenticeship standard. This frequent interaction ensures that apprentices receive personalised guidance, enabling them to navigate challenges, set goals, and refine their skills.
