Description
Freedom Leisure is looking to recruit an Apprentice Business Administrator to work within the Perdiswell Leisure Centre.To assist in organising meetings including co-ordinating agendas, attendees and room bookings.To assist the team in ensuring allocated requests for service are dealt with efficiently and effectively, within timescales and to acceptable standards, responding to customers in a timely and effective manner.Answer telephone calls from members of the public, external organisations and other services; deal with enquires and take and deliver messages.Assist on any specific business process reviews to review office processes and procedures to identify and implement service improvements including the compilation of standard administrative and service related procedures.Provide support across the leisure contract with business and administration duties, this may require the apprentice to change work area location.To carry out such ad hoc duties as may be required.As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
