Key Duties ** To supervise and play with the children ** To oversee activities which cover all 7 areas of children’s development ** To support children in all 7 areas of development helping them to reach their full potential ** To liaise with and support parents and carers ** Support all staff and engage in a good staff team ** Ensure good hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times ** Develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day to day caring needs of the children.

Induction training to be provided by the employer. Interserve Learning and Employment will provide an Intermediate Apprenticeship that will include Functional Skills and a Technical Certificate through regular 1-2-1 visits.
