Your role will mainly include opening new files and providing front of house support by answering the phone and greeting clients in reception. To open new files, you will use the Case Management System and Microsoft Office. Training will be provided on using the Case Management System. Front of house support will include answering the phone courteously, taking messages and using the switchboard to put calls through. It will also involve greeting clients in reception and delivering a high level of professional customer service.
Calderdale College offers apprenticeships across West Yorkshire. From September 2015, they’ll also offer Traineeship Programmes. Covering a range of industries, including a specialism in Digital Marketing, they’ve worked with hundreds of businesses in the area, including big names like Manchester City FC and the Shay Stadium.
