Description
Our apprenticeship programme is designed to give you the skills to deliver an exceptional vehicle rental experience to our customers. This involves understanding our products, learning how to engage with our customers ensuring great satisfaction, maximising on sales opportunities, learning vehicle rental administration, vehicle check in/out processes and operating our various IT systems. At the end of the apprenticeship you will be a valuable member of the team with the opportunity to move into a permanent role where you will be able to continue your career development journey.
Duties
- Provide the highest standards of customer service, both face to face and over the telephone.
- Handle all enquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Work in accordance with our rental procedures, accurately completing rental documentation and administration including payment processing, ID verification and system uploads.
- Check vehicles for pre-rental and post-rental damage in order that appropriate charges can be collected.

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent desirable.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.

This role may involve some weekend working on a rota basis.
