Description

Real opportunity for the right candidate to become a permanent full time member of staff on successful completion of apprenticeship.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to join our team of existing customer service staff.

Role will cover:

  • Serving customers/visitors in gift shop
  • Using the till in all areas
  • Booking customers/visitors in/out of the soft play area
  • Serving hot drinks/snacks/food in soft play area
  • Tidying/cleaning of soft play area/gift shop

Although no previous experience is required, the successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate good communication skills, working on a rota basis to include weekends.

Five day week over 7 day rota.

Some previous experience working in a customer service role is beneficial but not essential.
GCSE A-C in English or Maths or equivalent.
Full training through the Business Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training.
Reliable, punctual, good sense of humour, friendly
Wages are negotiable upon previous experience.
