Description

Duties to include:

  • Provide telephone cover for mainline and e billing help desk calls
  • Assist with client conversion activity (e.g. obtain email addresses)
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Open and sort undelivered mail according to instructions
  • Update ’visits’ whiteboard on a daily basis
  • Raise, assign, close and chase ticket resolution using in-house system.
  • Assist mail room during busy periods
  • Prepare Account Reviews/Conversion Reports using Excel and Word
  • Assist Account Managers with data gathering when required
  • Other administrative duties as and when required

Some good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
GCSE A-C in English or Maths or equivalent.
Full training through the Business Apprenticeship supported by Haddon training.
