Description

The Voipshop have a great opportunity available to join the team as an apprentice.You will be working as a IT support person, proving IT support to Account Managers. The role will involve Dealing with clients Voip orders, IT security, Taking calls, Invoicing, Billing, Emails, TicketingSetting up Cloud Based phone lines. Voipshop have an advanced E-Learning system, full traning will be provided on in house systems. As an Apprentice you will be included on an Diploma in Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
